When tasked with creating a campaign to mark the 5th anniversary of Augustinus Bader's cult-favorite skincare line, we crafted a flexible, 360-degree campaign that elevated the brand's singular status. Leveraging the product's devoted following, we developed an aspirational yet accessible manifesto applied across all marketing touchpoints — from digital to out-of-home billboards to on the street activations with Sephora.
The campaign amplified word-of-mouth through a strategic mix of top-down promotion and bottom-up endorsement from industry experts and long-time brand advocates. By spotlighting real customers and what they love most about "The One," we created an authentic, emotionally resonant narrative that celebrated the unique desires of Augustinus Bader's target audience.
