For Swarovski Lab-Created DIamonds, we created an educational yet inspiring – and entertaining – suite of brand assets aimed to tell the story of the technology behind this new category of diamond, focusing on how they are molecularly indistinguishable from traditional diamonds. Using consumer insights and understanding that Millennial and Gen Z trends toward placing sustainability above tradition, our storytelling highlighted this product’s connection to modern values while also reveling in the unique beauty of the diamonds themselves. Our approach hit the sweet spot between introducing this new product to customers, and aligning with the core values previously established by this target audience.
